USA : We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 to the 48 contiguous United States
Shipping costs for a Reencle unit are $100 for Hawaii & Alaska only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Marina Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands at this time.
Depending on your zipcode(shipping address)the delivery timelines will vary.
It may take from 5-7 business days for deliveries.
In case it takes more time we will keep you informed via SMS messages or emails.
You can check your order status 24/7 on our store website(https://help.reencle.co/) or using the live chat bubble function.

Note: all orders are processed and ship Monday through Friday (excludes holidays and weekends). If the order was placed during an observed holiday or weekend, it will be processed the following business day.

48 Contiguous United States

All purchase orders shipping to 48 contiguous states ship for FREE with minimum order value of $50 or more after discounts are applied to the order. Please note, for purchase orders with an order value below $50 after discounts are applied, a shipping fee will be applicable based on different threshold tiers.

Hawaii / Alaska

Shipping costs for a Reencle unit are $100 for Hawaii and Alaska.

Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

At this time we do not ship to above U.S. territories.

APO/FPO/DPO Military

For extra fees, we will ship to APO/FPO/DPO Military locations. Please inquire via email at [email protected] or Live Chat(Help Center). Your shipping rates will be actual discounted carrier rates, with no additional markup or handling fees.

Canada

At this time we do not ship to above Canada.

International

Although international customers cannot place orders directly on our online store, reencle.co, we offer direct shipping to international customers through our support team. For international orders, please request your order by contacting us via chat or email at [email protected]. Additionally, we have excellent Authorized Distributors/Resellers who handle shipping to specific regions such as Europe, UK, Poland, Malaysia, and Thailand. Forwarding Services

If you choose to ship to a forwarding company, Reencle.co is not liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a forwarding service company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Reencle.co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped to a forwarding service.
